ASAM – Level III.7
For men and women 18 years and older, detox services provide a safe environment with professional assistance during the withdrawal of alcohol and some drugs. Provides physical assessment, good nutrition, rest, screening for further services, and referral.
ASAM – Level III.5
For men who are 18 years and older, staff provide 25 or more hours of treatment per week. Prior to receiving any of these services, a clinical is done to determine the patient’s needs, and a case manager is assigned to each patient. The case manager provides individual counseling, assigns groups, case management, assists with referrals, and follows the treatment plan throughout the patient’s treatment.
Provides alcohol and drug education, communication skills, introduction to Al-Anon, co-dependency, and other relevant information for family/significant others affected by the person with the substance use disorder.
ASAM Level – I
Provides treatment services ranging from 1 to 9 hours group and/or individual counseling per week. Provides treatment services for persons participating in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Case management and referrals are provided as appropriate.
Qualified professional staff provide outpatient counseling for adolescents 12 to 17 years of age. Services are open to youth involved with substance use and youth struggling with the substance use of another person. Services include assessment, case management, referral, education, individual counseling, and family counseling if appropriate.
Provides youth prevention education (YPE) to 6th, 7th, and 8th grades in the designated county schools, Union and Massac. Provides a communication campaign with the goal of reducing youth using alcohol and drugs.
